YourChairGuy orders can be placed by phone calling/texting 312.549.4969, or emailing jamie@yourchairguy.com. Orders cannot be placed through the website. I take care of you personally to be sure you order just the right thing.

Pricing

You won’t always see exact pricing for many products. Pricing varies by availability, order size, and manufacturer promotions.

You can count on always getting better than MSRP and a price that meets or beats current manufacturer promotions. Always free shipping, and many orders include both free shipping and no sales tax.

I help you sort through the many models and their features, adjustments, finishes, and sizes. An informed choice will get you just what you want and save spending on the extra stuff you don’t need.

Returns

We are confident you will be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price minus any shipping charges. Returned items must use a return shipping label provided by YourChairGuy and be returned in its original box, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. Unless due to shipping damage or manufacturer defect, orders over $2000 cannot be returned. Parts are non-returnable. No cancellations.
